How to Solve Mozilla Firefox Not Responding Problem

Recently I encountered when browsing with my PC, I noticed that my Mozilla Firefox was not responding to some sites like YahooMail.

I could open Yahoomail but couldn’t send or reply to an email using my Firefox browser. Below is what I did to get my Firefox browser working;

• I updated the firefox browser (this did not work but may work in some cases)
• The last option that worked for me was to refresh my Firefox browser from my PC cPanel. From cPanel >> Programs and Features

• Click on Mozilla Firefox

• On the pop-up dialogue box click on Refresh Firefox
